Back To About Price Protection

Home Price Protection doesn't fluctuate in value. Its worth is established by the possibility of a future cash distribution, capped at the Maximum Payout you selected at purchase. The purpose of Home Price Protection is to offer a mechanism of protection against declines in the residential real estate market. If, at the Expiration Date, the Ending Indicative Property Value falls below the Property Value Trigger, you are entitled to a Payout.

For more information about these terms, please refer to the respective FAQs: "What is the Maximum Payout?", "What is the Expiration Date?", "What is the Ending Indicative Property Value?", "What is the Property Value Trigger?", and "What is the Payout?".
