REZITRADE Home Price Index – Denver is a composite index which utilizes a proprietary multi-factor, rules-based methodology to produce the best measure of change in residential real estate prices for a typical home. The index is seasonally adjusted and includes all residential property types and price tiers of homes in Adams County, Arapahoe County, Douglas County, El Paso County and Weld County in Colorado.
