How can we help?

Once the eligibility for a Payout has been confirmed after the Expiration Date, and the Payout has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will confirm the completion of the Payout process and the transfer of funds to your designated external bank account. This notification will typically be sent within 30 days following the Expiration Date.
