If you're the initial [Contract Holder](/faqs/what-is-the-contract), you have the ability to transfer the [Contract](/faqs/what-is-the-contract) to any new owner of the [Property](/faqs/what-is-the-contract).  However, you must notify REZITRADE in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the Property changing hands.  Please note that a Contract can only be transferred once during its Term.

*How do I transfer my Home Price Protection to the new owner of the Property?

REZITRADE uses bank-level security for your protection.  Your information is encrypted with an AES bit symmetric key, the same as level as the largest commercial banks.

Each connection to REZITRADE is always encrypted over HTTPS with Transport Layer Security (TLS).  REZITRADE applications and data are physically located in multiple secure data centers. We utilize Amazon Web Services for our hosting which is compliant with numerous security certifications.

Additionally, REZITRADE does not share or sell your personal information to a third party – ever.
